The word "bloom" denotes a transition from a premature stage to a mature stage.  We often think about flowers blooming after they get enough sunlight and water.  We, humans, are similar.  However, the difference between us and flowers is that our sunlight and water aren't given to us freely.  We need to constantly look forward towards the next bit of sunlight or water.  To grow or bloom, you have to want it.  You have to keep looking for it.

Week 2 Story: Squidward Tennisballs

https://sites.google.com/view/nathanielvoportfolio/squidwards-art Squidward Tentacles works unending hours at the Krusty Krab restaurant as a lowly cashier.  He labors day after day to make enough to achieve his dreams: winning a dance competition, playing music at the Bubble Bowl, and being a movie star.  However, his dreams are shattered each and every day as he only makes a nickel for every day he works.
