Topic Brainstorm

Heroes of Greek Myth: Source I've only heard a handful of stories about Mythical Heroes.  Even in the ones that I am a little familiar with, I still don't know too much specifically.  I was interested in Greek Heroes when I was younger.  I've since moved onto more important things, in my own opinion.  However, it wouldn't be bad to revisit my old interests.  I would probably write about stories of major heroic characters in Greek Mythology, such as Heracles, Odysseus, and Jason.  I would probably write it as a narrative towards a younger child, just like how I was interested in it in the past as a child. Tech Tip: Canvas Profile

For my canvas profile, I changed the avatar picture to a personal picture of myself.  I'd just feel kind of weird putting a different picture that's not myself.  I added my email to my biography because I wouldn't use the biography for anything else really.  I don't really need to change anything else, since I go by my own name.

Week 8 Reading and Writing

I'm pretty content overall with my blog and portfolio website.  I don't like my things to be too extravagant, but I like to keep it at a minimal.  So there's not much to change about them.  The reading notes are really helpful.  It lets me keep the stories fresh in my mind.  I can create a rendition based on a story, and I will have the important details of the story within my notes.  It's a good thing to keep notes too, because, without notes, I would end up going back the original story, and as a result, my writing will be more heavily based on the story, which won't let me be too creative with it.  Overall, I think it's a good system to read, make notes, then write. I'm learning more about creative writing
