Learning Challenge: Deskercise Follow-Up
Workout At Home by the Washington Post
The deskercises I've been using are "Punching", "Side Lunges", and "Walking". Usually, when I get drowsy while doing school work, I will take a quick nap. These deskercises are a great alternative to taking those quick naps whenever it's not feasible to take a nap.
